    Sorry about that. I got distracted and didn’t update the issue.

    The contact form didn’t work, but it turned out that the problem was Godaddy’s fault. They had a MX problem, and didn’t inform clients afterwards a setting had to be changed.

    The only problem I have with the plugin now is formatting. Every item on the contact form has its own line. I thought widening the columns would fix it but no. There are no apparent setting that can be changed to correct this.

    If we understand you correctly, you want to place all fields of the contact form in one line, instead of each field on a new line as it is now? Unfortunately, this functionality is not available. However, you can request a paid customization.

    Follow the next steps in order to request a paid customization service:
