Pages and categories

Hi! I am using Charitas Lite and would like to have all blog posts tagged with “events” show up when the top right page “Events” button is hit. The other pages I have in the upper right have just regular text in them, (About, Contact) but I would like the 3rd button to pick up the posts in the events category and just list them like a blog.

The look of the menus isn’t working with our site so I was hoping to do it through the use of pages.

Whats the best way to do this?
