Thanks for putting this together in a language I can work with. I was stoked to see that the plugin had template files that I was able to add to my theme. After some customization I am really happy with the final results. (roarforgood.com)

@msutyler I missed your message, The templates where in the plugin, you had to copy theme to your theme folder to customize them.
