Has the Keyring connection to Eventbrite been created? As in was an API key generated on Eventbrite site and that information entered into the Keyring within the WordPress site you are trying to connect to Eventbrite? Generally that error is given when the API information is incorrectly entered in the Keyring plugin or the API keys has not already been generated.

I go to the Keyring menu, choose create new connection. I choose Eventbrite (only 1 available).
It asks me to log in, I do.
It asks to allow the app we created to access our events, I choose Allow
    and I get this
There was a problem authorizing with Eventbrite. Please try again in a moment.

    Application URL: http://thelivingproofinstitute.com/

    OAuth Redirect URI: http://thelivingproofinstitute.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=keyring&service=eventbrite&action=verify.

PS: I was not the guy who set this up, so I am not 100% it is right.

On the page where Eventbrite API credentials are entered, the API key and secret is populated. These need to correspond to the API key generated on Eventbrite. Is the error that you are getting coming from Eventbrite or within the WordPress site? If the error is on the Eventbrite site, retrace all the steps to create the connection to Eventbrite – checking the information entered with the application created on Eventbrite.

If it is on WordPress side, I would check if a plugin could be effecting the redirect back to the site.
