Cannot Use New Skin

I have purchased the shortcodes ultimate skin addon and have created a new skin in the proper directory outlined here but my settings page does not have an option to add a skin (example) nor can I find it on the style list when using a shortcode. I have refreshed the settings page, cleared my browser cache, and cleared my plugin cache to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated, I love this plugin and look forward to using the skins option. Thank you.
