I have ZenCache Pro running on a site with a very large number (10,000+) of posts (although virtually all text only.

I am trying to migrate the site and have discovered the wp-content folder is huge – over 100GB.

The only thing I can think is causing this is the cache folder which seems to have lots of archive cache files in it. As the site is so large, i assume these could be causing the size issues.

is this possible and can i delete the archive files w/o any problems?

Also, is it possible for them to be deleted automatically?

    Thanks!

@fratony ZenCache cleans up old cache files, so the cache directory shouldn’t grow out of control like that.

You can safely delete all of the files inside wp-content/cache/zencache/ prior to your migration. Just be sure to deactivate and reactivate ZenCache after the migration.
