Home page images (thumb nail not appearing)

Hi,

i have inserted a image (563 x 353) to my post.

the image is not appearing on the:
1) Featured Block Category (Section Beside Slider )
2) Featured Block One Category ( Section Below Slider )
3) Slider

Do I need to change anything in the media setting?
Can I have multiple category for a post?
