permission error

Hello,

I have created new pages in my newly created website, but they are not wroking. In my local machine with the old wordpress it was working perfactly. Also buddypress is not working in mys site.
For eg. i have created members page
then it give me example.com/members/ not found on this server but on my local machine it was working perfectly.
