Move Content Editor below custom field metaboxes

The Display Settings allow to “Hide the content editor”.
I don’t want to hide it but reposition it below the custom fields.
Would this be possible and reasonable or would it be better to hide it and add another Wysiwyg Editor instead.

What are the implications (eg performance wise)?
