That seems odd as Postie doesn’t try to remove any quotes. Can you send a sample email to test@postieplugin.com and then reply here once you have done so.

Have you tried deactivating all plugins except Postie to see if the issue still happens?

No, I did not make the test to deactivate all plugins before to publish the post by mail… I will do it, but this will be not so quick unfortunately (I don’t have a test blog).
