Images duplicate itself in Edit Post mode

I just installed the new version of the WordPress and seems to have a bug. For instance, when I am editing a post with 10 images in it, when I try to rearrange the sequence of the images inside the draft post by click and drop them up or down, the images will duplicate itself and sometimes even replace another image when I drag and release over another image. All seems bit odd. It never happened like that before.

Any clue?
