    Hi artzii,

    This sounds like a firewall issue or an issue with the configuration of your server. Please contact your webhost and ask them whether they have PHP CURL installed and updated to the latest version (7.40) and if they allow remote requests to https://api.mailchimp.com/.

    Once they update their CURL version or whitelist the MailChimp API server, the plugin will no longer time out when trying to connect to MailChimp.
