You use the “All Sheets” admin menu item to see the list of all your sheets, then just click on the name of the sheet or the “View Sign-ups” text link right under the name, to view all the sign-ups for that sheet.

Thank you I found that option. I was trying to achieve the following:

    1. View all sign up sheet/tasks with a list of volunteers (for all sheets)

or export a list of volunteer with what they wanted to volunteer for.

Is that possible – I found this in the docs which i thought may mean that I could but I cannot see the menu item in admin:

    View Sign-ups Page (admin)
This is where you can view all your detailed sign-up information for an event. Full name and contact information is shown for each volunteer, and there is a “Clear Spot” link if you need to remove a volunteer from a spot. At the bottom of the list table is an “Export Sheet as CSV” button that will export that sign-up information to an Excel ready CSV file.

Right now, you can only view the sign-ups for one sheet at a time on the admin side, as I described above, and as described in the documentation. The button to export those sign-ups to CSV file is at the bottom of the view sign-ups page for each sheet. It will only export the sign-ups for the sheet that you are currently viewing.

For our school, we have a LOT of events, so there are a LOT of sheets, and it would be confusing and difficult to try to view all the signups for all of the sheets at the same time, plus each event has its own chairperson, and they are usually only interested in who signed up for their event.

What you are asking sounds like a feature request, and not a support issue as there is nothing wrong with the plugin. You may post feature requests in the feature requests section of the forum on my personal site so that I can easily keep track of them and choose the most popular ones for inclusion in future releases.

Thank you – I don’t need to makee a feature request, I was just looking for instructions. If it doesn’t do that, then I can just download each one and then collate them. Thanks heaps.
