Grid won't change to list view on small screen sizes

Hi Ronald,

I love the plugin. I do have one issue though as the grid view won’t change to list view on smaller screen sizes even though I’ve definded a viewport for the change in the settings. Do you have any idea what might have cause the issue?

Hi,

when you enable the “grid/list” selection in the custom loop options, does that make a difference?

Yes, it does. When I change the default view to list view or to the store default’s, it changes. Setting it back to grid view works also without any issues but then the problem still persists, meaning no automatic change to list view on a small screen will happen.

I’m wondering if there is something else I could try?

Hi,

in Front End options, do you have either List or Grid style ticked?

Hi,

there is no “grid/list” selection at the top of the store, can you go through the settings again?

In particular the setting for the Front End options (see also screenshot 7 here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/exchange-addon-custom-loop/screenshots/ )

Ah ok, I enabled it and no it’s working. So, it only changes from grid to list view if this option is enable? Thank you so much for you help.

Hi,

yes, the idea behind is that if one chooses not to have the option to change the view (by enabling the selections), the addon shouldn’t change the default view selected either.
