No colors, No category bar

    The Events Calendar 3.9.3 on WP 4.2.1_DE, The Events Calendar Category Colours 4.2.0.

    No colours and no category list showing up. Only reaction, event header text is normal, instead of bold. Just as I selected in set-up. My events have only one category, so there shouldn’t be any conflict here. The calendar uses full style. But switching between skeleton or tribe style doesn’t change anything.
