Cannot fully remove plugin

    I have deleted the plugin from one of my multisites and uploaded a new theme with its own login setup but I think the “Theme my login” plugin has now messed with the login functions. How can I remove all evidence of this plugin so the Login, Register, Edit Profile pages work correctly?
