(Pro version)Lacking in fit and finish, wouldn't refund

    I tried the Pro version. It’s nowhere near as feature-rich as other templates, and much of what’s there needs tweaking to work properly. Vendor has not responded at all to request for refund.

    That’s really harsh. Firstly you did asked to replace the template with busiprof, instead of using rambo. Then you created a claim on paypal.

    The first and the last mail me recieved from you “I recently purchased the Rambo theme. I would like to return it and get the BusiProf them instead. Can you send me BusiProf and refund the difference to my PayPal account?“

    After this you blindly create a claim on the paypal.

    Not good dear……

    And leaving a one star rating on that basis , not even a single support query…

    Anyways I am not arguing on anything , you are free do anything.

    In short REFUNDED!!!

    I got no response to any queries UNTIL I filed the PayPal claim, even after waiting 5 days after first sending a query through PayPal, after waiting before that for a response to my request for an exchange. So the one star is justified.

    But thanks for the refund.
