What version of Safari are you using on your Mac?

You can visit this site in Safari to help you find out:

    Thanks for the reply!

It’s Safari 8.0.4. I can replicate the error on three different machines I’ve tried on so not sure if that’s the problem. The flash based upload has this problem then if I switch it off the other more basic file uploader will only let me upload one file, then I have to save the page before I can upload another.

Thanks for the info. Should have asked this before, but are you using the latest version of Shopp as well?

    Yeah, Shopp 1.3.9

Alright I have confirmation from one of my fellow Shopp Mods that the flash uploader on a fresh Shopp 1.3.9 on Safari 8.0.4 works for her.

It is likely something else on your WordPress site is interfering with the uploader. Can you open up the error console in your browser and check for any javascript errors. There is javascript class that runs the multiple image feature of the flash based uploader.

    Hi Chaoix,

I’ve opened the console and I’m not getting any errors or anything, it’s really strange! I’ve tried disabling all the other plugins aswell to make sure there’s no issues there, no idea what it could be!

Have you updated your Flash plugin for Safari as well? There are multiple posts on Flash/Safari/Upload errors when you Google it. Maybe one of the things suggested in them could solve your problem.

I think someone else is going to have to look at your Shopp/WP install to figure this out.

If possible, could you submit a support ticket on shopplugin.net for this? A support ticket is the only secure means we have of sharing WP Login credentials.

Marking as resolved since there has been no response from the OP.
