Fatal error updating to 4.2.1

Hello all,

When I try to update WordPress to the newest version, I get the following fatal error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 261904 bytes) in D:\Hosting\11521032\html\wp-admin\includes\file.php on line 159

I’m with GoDaddy, and I must admit this is a bit too technical for me, I’m not sure what I need to do at this point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
