There was an error after upgrading from version 150207 to version 150428.
When trying to access my website there was an error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_plugin_active() in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded.php on line 671
I reverted downgrading to the version 150207
Please fix asap!
