it seems to be working with naboo, what is the exact shortcode you are using?
also, how experienced are you with css?

I erased the first shortcode.I re-did it, so on my website you can now see :
    First, the manually created shortoce
    [tminus t="28-09-2015" style="naboo" width="600" omitweeks="true"/]
In this one, omitweeks does’nt works, neither the “naboo” style or the customized witdh.

After that one, you can see, the countdown created with the standard tools provided. This second one is pretty awesome and is working perfectly, except I can’t customize it’s size.

I’m using a customized builder, so maybe I have some limitations to the shortcode acces (for eg : I can add the plugin as a widget in my builder, but can’t see the shortcode if I do so. I can add to the builder a text block and manually create a shortcode following your plugin instructions, but there the customisation goes wrong).

I’m not very good at CSS but not afraid to modify it if you can guide me.
    Thank you for your interest,
    Eva

OK, we are having trouble understanding a few things:

After that one, you can see, the countdown created with the standard tools provided.

What do you mean by the ‘standard tools provided’ Do you mean the sidebar widget?

If you are using a visual composer, which one are you using?

if the widget is working, you can still modify the css. We’ll be more than happy to walk you through changing what you need, but you have to give us an idea of what exactly you are trying to accomplish. Just ‘bigger’ is rather vague.

OK, sorry for not being very clear, I’m French 🙂
SO, let’s try to explain :
Here you can see the backend capture of the manually created shortcode (the first to appear)
here you can see the backend of the plugin as it shows when I want to insert a countdown in my page.

    I’m working with “themify builder”.

To be more precise, I would just like the countdown to be, let’s say, 600px wide, it would be perfect 🙂
hope things are now more understandable, don’t hesitate to ask for more info … Thank you very much for helping me 🙂

Thank you, that was most helpful.
OK, first try to use the shortcode, but make sure you are in TEXT mode, or in your case, Texte. Shortcodes are always happier in Text mode, rather than Visual mode.

If that does not work, no worries, you can still use the Widget. Since you will probably also want to make the text larger, rather than just modify an existing style, we will show you how to create a new style. We’ll put together a tutorial and post it here shortly.

Update: Here is the first step in creating a new T(-) Countdown Style:

It’s much better : now if you see the website, the naboo style is working (sorry for being silly, I should have tried this before …).
Still the size is not changed, and it’s left-aligned. But maybe now the modification will be simplier ?

Yes, now it’s time to create your own custom style.
Hopefully the css shown in the link above should give you a clear idea of what needs to changed to adjust the size to fit your needs. Please let us know if you need further assistance, or if you got things working!
