    Hello,

That option is available on the pro only.

We will try to add a quick turnaround for your needs.

    Please update your plugin.

You will need to add the following option in the user profile shortcode:

    “block_message_free_users=’yes'”

Let me know if that helps

UU has no “free users” membership option on WP users dashboard. UU has non paid free users as N/A on WP does not even indicate them as subscribers. You need to sync in “free users” in place of the current N/A role (package) or have them as subscribers and leave the paid members role as membership subdcription as is. I would rather have it as “free members” Instead of subscribers in short the shortcode did not work.

Please update your plugin. I don’t know if we’re talking about the same thing 🙂

Now, if the membership amount is “0” the feature is blocked as well.

Let me know if that’s what you’re looking for.

    Cheers

    [usersultra_profile media_options_exclude=’videos’ “block_message_free_users=’yes'” optional_fields_to_display=’country,social,badges,like,rating,friend,description’]

That is how I have the shotcode set up.

    1. When user upgrades to a paid subscription will the feature automatically unblock their message feature

    2. On WP users the user is designated the role N/A maybe dedignsting that to free member will fix the issue.

    Still not working after update
