All links to dashboard go to
    wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2F

    with the message:
    No Update Required
Your WordPress database is already up-to-date!

    Continue [button]

Pressing the continue button goes back to home page.

I have tried flushing cache and deleting cookies.
Also tried shutting off and resetting plugins, and also themes. Also shut off upgrade.php, but it just gets me a 404 page.

I did check “Having database upgrade issues?”

The site I am working on is harrietwien.com

For anyone running a search on this issue, here’s what fixed it:

If you’re on DreamHost, it’s from Memcached.
Rename object-cache back to normal. Then log in via SSH and type wp cache flush to clean the cache.
Or ask DreamHost support to flush your memcached cache.

Thank you Penina! This helped me.

Hi I have just updated my website. I can’t access the dashboard and have the following code showing up when I’m logged in. I have renamed my plugins but not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated. website is paintersinc.co.nz
