Cannot access my wpadmin

Hello. Cannot access due to lost password. Tried all known password and no access. Asked for forgoton password and all I get is check email for new password but there is no email – tried a number of times. Then twice I had an email into bin – this gave directions to click to arrange new password however when this was done it came up with ‘wrong Key —- ‘ what ever this is supposed to be. Whatever I touch stops access due to no log in due to lost password. Cannot even access a way to contact WP as even that route asks me to log in first. Are they having a laugh or what.
