Greetings and thanks for your question! Currently, More tag protection applies to all content sitewide rather than just to certain categories but you can maybe create an Access Level per each category then use the More tag rule to protect it for each.
Would something like that work for you?
I realize the plugin allows just one access level at a time per user account, but users could create multiple accounts to get access to multiple access levels. That could apply to the category setup mentioned above.
Alternatively, it’s possible to protect the content manually with custom code.
