Doesn't show feed

    Hi,

    I’ve just downloaded the plugin and tried to install it on my WordPress website. I got the feed from Tradetracker and walked through all steps in the plugin. I’ve uploaded the link to ”Voeg of pas XML File aan) (Add or change XML File). When I click on the Instellingen (Settings) and press on Link naar XML (Link to XML) it will download a Excel file. Is this how is supposted to be?

    I’ve changed some options like setting the range of money from € 0 to € 1 to € 0 to € 8000 etc so people can switch with the bar.

    The problem is… The plugin doesn’t show any of the hotels I wanted. It’s only the bar and nothing else.

    How can I fix this? Did I enter a wrong file? Or did I do something else incorrect?

    After you added the feed did you also import them (you will see a yellow bar on top of the settings showing you when the last import was and how many items where imported)

    If you have not imported anything yet you can click on 1 of the 2 links in the yellow bar. It will then import the items.

    It gives this error:

    De volgende XML delen gaven een foutmelding of waren leeg tijdens de laatste import. Mogelijk zijn er geen items van geimporteerd
    Feedname: Hotels Vergelijken
    Splitfile: /home/nerinch152/domains/curacao-vakantie.nl/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tradetracker-store/splits/TTStoreXML-0.xml
    Error: Start tag expected, ‘<‘ not found

    Are you sure you added an XML file and not an CSV file?

    Normally if you open an XML file it will open in your browser while an CSV file will open in Excel.

    In the FAQ there is a post that shows you which settings you need to choose for tradetracker. You can find that here:

    Alright! It does open a Excel (CSV file), so I think I probably have added a wrong file. I’ll try to make a new one with an XML file as said in the link.
