breadcrumbs

    My parent pages are not all showing up in the breadcrumbs. I have read through the forum about breadcrumbs and have checked my hierarchy. On the edit page, I have chosen the proper parent page. The parent page shows up in the permalink. The crazy thing is that on two of my pages (out of maybe 20), the parent page shows up in the breadcrumbs. I have analyzed and compared the set up of these two pages with the other 18 but cannot find a diffence.

    Also, on the two pages where it works, there is a long space between the parent and child page in the breadcrumb. How do I remove the space?

    ok I logged out and back in and the breadcrumbs worked! However, there is still a large space after my parent page and before the page I am on. I would love to tidy this up if possible. Thanks!

    Looks like you are using the .post selector in CSS too generically without a context, so it spills out over into other areas (class applied to some breadcrumbs).
