    First of all,

Let me say, this is probably one of the best plugins for Word Press.

I have executed the Connectivity Test and the Outbound to Internet ports

    Port – 25, 443, 465, 587
Outbound to Internet – Open, Open, Open, Open
Service Available – No, HTTP/1.0, No, No

Everything after comes up blank except Port 443 which is NO, No, No, No, No.

    Please can you help.

Hi and thanks for using the plugin!

This means Postman can not reach the SMTP server that you have tested on any of the standard mail ports, but there is no general firewall to the Internet.

Most likely the server hostname you entered is wrong. Verify the SMTP hostname and try again.

    Hello Postman SMTP,

I have checked that and I assure you that it is correct. smtp.gmail.com

SO I am not sure, if you an PM me I can give you access to see yourself.

    Thanks

Oh I believe you, but that kind of result is not common. It implies that your host has a firewall that is selectively blocking traffic, specifically to at least host ‘smtp.gmail.com’.

Anyway, since now we know you are using Gmail, you should be able to install this plugin to get your mail flowing: https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-gmail-extension/

    Hello Postman SMTP

Thank you VERY MUCH for chasing up. You were right. It was the VPS server company, they blocked google somehow.

    Thanks you

Did they unblock it? Or did installing the other plugin fix it?

Hello, yes, they unblocked it. There was no issue with you plugin.

    Thank you again.
