Slider images still getting badly stretched and cropped

    Hi i have the theme’s latest version 3.3.20, updated today, but i have the images on the frontpage slider stretch horribly. They are the recommended size 1170 x 500 and they still stretch and crop, becoming blurry.

    I had the same issue on the previous version.

    I have no css modifications of the slider size , nor any filter in fucntions and the issue occurs both in full size slider and in normal size of the slider.

    Does anyone face this issue still? Could it be related to any interference of any other plugin?

    The updated theme is faster though.

    If you’re using the full width slider and your image’s width are 1170px of course they will be stretched (keeping the aspect ratio) to fit the window width. There’s no solution for that, is physically impossible 😀
    If you’re using the boxed slider, then there’s a problem, maybe sharing your websites’ link would help 😀
