I have the very same problem as jorgeorpinel reported six months ago, except that I am trying to test WordPress 4.4 with Twenty-Sixteen theme.
Any advice about how to install beta release anyone, in my case, for WP 4.4?

same problem here; wp4.4beta3 non installed, stuck to wp4.3.2alpha!
Looks like it’s not working for me either but I just confirmed that its more than likely HOST related.
Core Dev on Slack says it’s working and as soon as I checked with WPE they admitted to something they did on 4.3.1 that may have borked it from working on WPE.
The WordPress Beta Tester plugin allowed me to upgrade to WP 4.1 Beta 4 after I did a fresh install of WordPress in a new testing environment.
With my more elaborate testing environment, this plugin still does not provide a means to upgrade from WP 3.3.1 to WP 4.1 beta 4.
