Default Style is Different from Site to Site

I have Strong Testimonials installed on a couple of sites, all using Studiopress themes. On the first two, there is the default quote image that shows at the beginning of each testmonial. ON the new site, it is not there.

I don’t seem to have any custom code in my theme style.css on the 3rd site, but DO on the other sites, probably was directed to do so by you since we were troubleshooting on one of those other sites.
