W3 with minify breaks backend theme options

    After minifying (and I did a preview first) the front end of the site is fine. The backend however is messed up.
    Theme options that look like they rely on javascript to display won’t. When options are clicked just see javascript:void(0);

    Also some Woocomerce plugin backend stuff not working as well.

    • I have deleted the plugin
    • deleted the htaccess references
    • I have a backup of the theme and plugins that I have replaced after deleting the plugin and still no luck.

    I put the backup on a test site and all works well.
    Any ideas how to fix this?
