I need to create an order form for 100+ products with different variations (sample below):
    Feline Treats 1.5kg $2.00, 3kg $3.50, 5kg $7.00.
I also need a quantity field attached to each option, then a hidden calculation field attached to each of these so I can then do an absolute total at the end.
My client doesn’t want an e-commerce site at present so I’m struggling to find a plugin that does all this but without an e-commerce function.
I’ve used Ninja Forms to create my form and have used Dropdown list fields for my products/variations. The support from Ninja is that at present they don’t have a solution for me. I could do each product variation as a separate field but with 100+ products I was hoping not to have to.
Any thoughts/suggestions on how I can get around this? I’ve only done a few items at present as a test – see form page below:

    Thanks in advance,
    Claire

You’d be better off using a plugin like WooCommerce. If WooCommerce doesn’t support payment by check or something like that, there is a purchase order module available for it.

Try asking for help in the WooCommerce forum.

    Hi Matt,
We don’t want to take any money online – the form is simply just so that the vet clinic can get together the products and then they contact the client via email to come and pick up and pay at the clinic.
Is there another option I can use rather than going down the e-commerce route?
