It looks like the theme u are using is not 100% compatible out for the box, i can probably fix this with out theme compatibility settings, the theme is a paid theme so i can’t install and just pass you the settings, i would have to do it from your wp-admin area.

If you can start a new topic on out support forum we can ask for login details or even skype address in private so we can resolve this quicker.

the scroll bar is removed by the theme by default, then they add 2 scrollbars, one for content and 1 for the sidebar.

To add it back only for GeoDir pages, add this to GeoDirectory >> Design >> Scripts >> Custom CSS

.app .geodir-page {
    overflow: scroll;
}
