Please verify that you are able to login here using the same username and password. If you are able to, then please contact your web host. This error might be because a port being blocked by the your server. Ask them to make sure that they can connect to ‘disqus.com’ through port 80.
I’m confused. We already have an account with Disqus so we’ve tried to login using those login credentials but it is still coming back invalid.
Through that ‘login here’ link you’ve given me, I’ve added a site, viral.stkittsthegreat.com, (the first of 4 sites we’re trying to add this plugin to), and still we can’t seem to sign in to get this plugin up and running.
By the way, when we initially went to the Disqus settings, the “Install Disqus Conditional Load” already had our email/username and password loaded. Yet as soon as we press ENTER, it came back ‘Invalid login credentials.’
In the meantime we’re in the process of contacting Bluehost about this port 80.
Let’s hope this can be resolved soon.

Web host’s reply when told it could be a port being blocked by them:
“Probably contact them again, I’m not sure why they said that. Maybe other hosts block that port, but we don’t.”
If it is invalid login credentials, please verify that you are giving correct username and password.
