Don't send notification to myself fo my changes

In redmine there is very good option about notification: not to send e-mail cased by own changes.
I think it’s great idea – users can select whenever they want to receive notification about their changes or not. Usually user know that he publishes post, added a comment etc.

That should be global option selectable for user. Sometime user want his notification for a second to check if everything is ok.

That option should be possible for new post, post comment, edit etc.
