New version: forms disappeared

    After installing the newest (pro) version all forms disappeared.

    I de-activated all other plugins, no difference.
    Re-installed old version: forms back.

    My setup: WP 4.0 + Divi theme + Formidable Pro version

    It sounds like your database tables didn’t update. Can you try deactivating the plugin and activating again? If that doesn’t work, can you check in you PhpMyAdmin to see if your mySQL use has permission to “alter” database tables?
