    Hi,

I’m having an issue with the plugin on this page http://www.thefuelcardpeople.co.uk/tabby-test-2/

When you first load, the tabs don’t render – just static text as if no JS is running. Hit refresh and it works fine.

I thought maybe it had something to do with the AddThis plugin which adds a #.xxxxxx string to the end of the URL, but I have disabled this plugin and tried ant it then doesn’t work at all.

I’m stuck as to what is causing this – have you come across this at all before?

    Thanks,
    Dan

I suspect this may be due to another plugin doing something to prevent the tabby javascript running.

I would initially try to troubleshoot by deactivating all other plugins, checking whether it is any better and then checking after reactivating each plugin in turn.

Do you have a particular reason to suspect that addthis was the cause? I don’t understand how deactivating an unrelated plugin could change how tabby responsive tabs works, so there might be something funky going on there.

Thanks for the reply. I will try doing this.

The reason I suspected addthis is because when you go to the clean link (without the addthis #.xxxxx ending) it doesn’t work. If you go to the page via url with the addthis #.xxxxx bit on directly it works alright.

Oh, I see – you didn’t deactivate the addthis plugin when you tried that? If so it probably isn’t a good test when the addthis plugin is still active.
