    Hi,

I used ‘My SMTP WP’ plugin for sending automatically an email with password but when I registered such as a new user I don’t received any email even when I sent an email test I received that my plugin is working.

[My SMTP WP] Your plugin is working
If you are reading this email, it is because your plugin is successfully configured.

Any light you can shed on this is much appreciated!
    Thank you for the help!

If you are sending mail with a FROM address of Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail, you must use the SMTP server given by the respective provider, with authentication.

If you are sending mail FROM your own domain, you must have an SPF record setup and you must use the SMTP server defined by that record.

If you’re sending mail FROM another address entirely, then you’re on your own.

    Thank You Postman SMTP

I’m creating an email account in my cPanel and sending mail from my own domain, but I don’t know how can I have an SPF record setup!

Thank you again for the help

    Your MX record is :

    dondeals.com. 14399 IN MX 0 dondeals.com.

    .. is that correct?

In WP Mail SMTP, your STMP server should be

    mail.dondeals.com

    is it?

When you register a new user, what is the email address they register with? Gmail? Then SPF is required on your domain.
