The Name Field Suddenly Moves Downward

Hello and thank you for creating Form Maker.

I am currently using the free version.

Here is where I am having trouble with the Name field:

Problem: the “First” name field suddenly drops downwards on the screen. This happens right after two things:

(1) I enter some characters into the “First” name field and
(2) I click on the next field: “Last” name.

The problem also occurs if I use the Tab button on the keyboard instead of the mouse, to move the cursor to the “Last” name field.

Will you please help me resolve this so that my form will look professional?
