    Hi,

    I’ve been using this plugin on several sites and just did some checks and it seems the subscribe is not working. When an email is entered it comes back with an Error code.

    When I log into wordpress Settings > MailChimp, the screen takes a long time to load.
    When its loaded, I can see the MChimp account is linked as its says “Logged in as [client name]”, however it also says:
    Uh-oh, you don’t have any lists defined! Please visit MailChimp, login, and setup a list before using this tool!
    Why am I getting this error? When the account was intitially linked the list was chosen – so why is the list no longer there?

    I believe this is why the subscribe form is not working properly.

    Can you please let me know how to fix this. I really don’t want to have to log into each MailChimp account to get the list. I will need to contat each client and get their login details again. Surely by having the API linked already it has access to the lists?

    I get this on my site to, so I logged out and now it won’t let me reconnect our mailchimp – it keeps timing out saying webpage not available.

    Hi there, this issue is related to a different plugin than MailChimp for WordPress. The plugin affected is called MailChimp List Subscribe Form, and if you need any further assistance with that specific plugin, please feel free to post directly in the plugin’s support forum here:

    FWIW, I provide support for the MailChimp List Subscribe Form not the MailChimp for WordPress plugin.

    Issues with the socialize-this domain have been resolved and users of this plugin should now be able to reconnect without any timeout errors.

    mc_kath – thank you – I have tested the signup form again and also checked the MailChimp settings page in WP admin and its all working again now.

    Sorry for not posting in the correct support forum. On the Plugins page in WP, this plugin is simply called “MailChimp” so I thought MailChimp for WordPress was the match.
