No "save" button in CF settings

    Hello!
    I use your plugin in many themes, works perfect! But in one case I have this problem – no way to save changing or new created form.

    WordPress Version: 4.1.1

    PHP Version: 5.4.34-5.4.34+mh1

    doesn’t work at MacOS Yosemite and Windows 8 both
    doesn’t work at Chrome and Firefox either.
    I wrote already to theme support, but they told write to you )
