    Hello Matt,

Thank you for showing interest in our plugin and for reporting this issue.

We never tested it with InfiniteWP but will definitely check it out and make sure it works.

    Hello Matt,

Sorry for the delay response. I can confirm that this is indeed an issue, we managed to reproduce it. We will be working on a fix.

    Hello Matt,

We have looked into the issue.

Unfortunately InfiniteWP has all it’s code custom made and does not use any of the WordPress functionality (in fact it has it’s own Database Connector & the code where it manages the plugins/themes is not even the plugins folder).

Considering they are not “following” the WordPress standards we won’t be supporting them, especially when we have no guarantee that their code won’t change, resulting in a lot of work from us.

Having said that I am not excluding the fact that in the future we might support them, though at this stage it is still too early to look into such migrations.

While I trust you understand our decision, do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any queries.

How is it that simple history was able to log it then?

    Hello Matt,

Simple history is able to log it because they have done the customizations to be able to read InfiniteWP activity.

In fact I didn’t say it is impossible to do, I just said they do not use standard WordPress hooks etc hence at this stage we are not going to support them, especially when there is no guarantee that the code won’t change.
