Links not working properly in 4.1.1

I’ve added my links to my gallery images, and everything appears to be trying to work, but instead of taking me to the URL I entered, I’m taken to the URL of my page PLUS the URL I entered (which is, of course, not a valid page…). Any idea how to fix this?
