    Hi Patty,

Are you trying to send an email from a multisite installation with wpMandrill setup? If not, then this plugin is not for you.

In case you have a multisite with wpMandrill, can you please make sure that you’ve specified the FROM name and FROM email fields in the Mandrill settings of your main site?

Then wpMandrill would populate the API key to all other sites, that don’t have any API key speified, and the settings FROM name and FROM email would be pulled from the website name and the admin email.

If you’ve done all of the above, can you bear with me to do the following test:

    1. Go to the main site administration, go to Mandrill and use the form at the bottom to send a test email. Can you verify that the FROM Email and FROM Name are the same as specified in the settings above?
    2. Go to your sub site administration, go to Mandrill and use the form at the bottom to send a test email. Can you verify that the FROM Email and FROM Name are the same as specified in the settings above?

    Good luck!

I just realized that this is the wrong plugin. I should be posting on another. My apologies.

Okay then – marking this one as resolved, good luck!

    A couple of questions please.

    1) If my multi-site is using directories instead of subdomains do I need to use this plugin?

    2) If yes to the above question, then do I set wpMandrill to network activate or not?

    Thank you.
