    Hello,

We are building a private blog network and we’re cloning the same site to other domains. There, we’re importing the settings that we exported from the source of all our sites.

The issue we’re facing is that we are locked out of our sites as soon as we are logged out, we have no choice but to rename the plugin folder to deactivate it and then log in through the classic /wp-login.php URL. Strangely, lock-out feature is disabled on the plugin and even me, with my IP adress whitelisted, I’m logged out. It’s very annoying.

I sent a message on your site to ask for your help. I’m ready to pay for a one-to-one support but noboddy replied to my message.

    What can I do now?

    Best regards,
    Flo.

Hi Flo, in regards to your comment.

We are building a private blog network and we’re cloning the same site to other domains. There, we’re importing the settings that we exported from the source of all our sites.

Is that in the same sever or a different server? If it is a different server do you have the same IP address as your previous server if it had the Whitelist feature enabled? Some of the settings you imported from the source site are blocking you in your new site.

    Hi,

All our sites are hosted on different servers, we have maximum 5~6 sites on the same server.

I thought whitelist had nothing to do with the server’s IP, doesn’t it concern the viewers IP’s instead?

We thought that exporting the settings could be helpful to save time on the other sites. Then, what do we do? How do we dig into this issue? I can’t obviously post our settings here, there are confidential datas.

    Best regards,
    Florence.

Can you disable the whitelist feature for now and carry out a test?

We added it because we already had this issue before.

Which contact form are you using?
I don’t see any messages from you.

I use the contact form on your site. I guess there’s either a problem on your contact form?

One week ago I sent a message through this contact form: http://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/contact

And yesterday through this one: http://wpsolutions-hq.com/contact/

I have just tried differently this time, I’ve posted a comment on this post: http://wpsolutions-hq.com/country-blocking-addon-whitelist-923/ – you should see it in your comments to validate.

    Best regards,
    Florence.
