Acceptance shows no errors if not checked

    I am trying to use the acceptance element but when a user doesn’t check the box and tries to submit the form – nothing happens. No error message (I included one in the form under accept terms section) There is no indication that the form is doing anything.

    If the user fills it out in its entirety, it’s processes properly
    If the user fills out the form but not a required field it gives an error also properly.

    But the acceptance isn’t working.
    I tried a checkbox but that did not even show as visible!
    What’s going on?
