    1, Users can sign up and then not continue with a paid subscription. I have just deleted over 100 users then register on the site, then not complete the subscription. Surely the subscription should be done at the same time or even before the registration. It’s very frustrating having to search and remove the users.

    2, If someone cancels their automatic payments in paypal, it is not cancelling the subscription, I have just found several users that are using the site without an active subscription. This needs looking at urgently.

    These both are pretty serious bugs and make this plug in very frustrating sometimes. If could be perfect once these are resolved and this is what has prevented me going premium.

    yes, i understand that, but the support guys have been on and answered other minor issues but ignored these major ones.

    Thanks so much for your patience here! I’m terribly sorry for the delay, we just had a lot of incoming requests on our premium forums but I sincerely apologize this particular ticket got overlooked all this time. 🙁

    As for the items you’ve brought up, that is how the plugin is designed to work by default. Users register on the site, and then purchase a subscription. Thus there are cases where users signup and don’t setup a subscription, but you can create a default member level to get them the same access as visitors.

    Similarly, when a subscription is canceled, the member will still have access for the duration they purchased. So if they purchased a month membership and then cancel the subscription, they’ll still have that full month of access.
