Schedule meetings

    Hello,

    I’m developping a website for voluntary work. We have events but also meetings for the board members.

    Is it possible to invite the other board members to schedule a meeting? Give them several dates, wich they can check if the are available and see when the other members are available?

    Or is there an other way?

    An events calendar is not meant for meetings and showing free/busy times, there’re much better solutions for that in the world (like google calendar for example).

    Hello Franky,

    I’m using events made easy as an events calender, but we also have meetings with the board.

    I thought: 1+1=3…
