Cannot Open Plugins in Admin Area – 404 Page Not Found

    Cannot open the some categories/sub-categories inside WordPress Admin Area anymore. A 404 Page Not Found appears for the following:

    Appearance
    Appearance >> Themes
    Plugins; Plugins >> Installed Plugins
    Plugins >> Add New
    Tools
    Tools >> Available Tools

    All other categories do open inside admin area.

    I tried changing the Plugins directory name and that didn’t correct the issue.

    I checked my htaccess at the root of my site (http://internettvdotcom.com/) and wp-config files to see if there’s was something wrong. Couldn’t find anything.

    What led to the issue:

    Installed W3 Total Cache plugin and got an error. Had remove the plugin via FTP since I couldn’t get into the Plugin category inside my admin area. Also removed all additional files related to W3TC manually.

    Help will be greatly appreciated.
